Good Stuff Vault is operated as a US sole proprietorship by Matt (contact: matt@usemarius.com). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit goodstuffvault.com, how we use it, and what rights you have.
We keep things simple: we don't sell your data, we don't build ad profiles, and we don't share your information with third parties for marketing.
When you browse the site — we use PostHog for analytics if you have not opted out via browser settings or a Do Not Track signal. PostHog may collect anonymous page views, session duration, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is attached to these events.
Standard session cookies — our site sets minimal session cookies necessary for the site to function. These are not used for cross-site tracking.
When you access free previews — no email address or account is required to browse free preview pages. We do not gate free content behind a sign-up form.
When you make a purchase — checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation that a purchase was completed and basic order metadata (amount, timestamp, and a Stripe customer ID). We do not receive or store your credit card number, CVV, or full billing address.
We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any automated profiling.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout — Good Stuff Vault never sees, receives, or stores your payment card data.
Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. By completing a purchase, you are also subject to Stripe's terms.
We use the following cookies:
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality but will not prevent you from accessing content you have purchased.
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party. The services above receive only the minimum data necessary to provide their function.
We retain purchase records for as long as required to provide support and comply with legal obligations (generally 7 years for financial records). Anonymous analytics data is retained per PostHog's default retention policy.
If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence until the matter is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, email matt@usemarius.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 30 days.
California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. You have the right to know what data we collect and to request deletion.
Good Stuff Vault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
